Founder and CEO
Priyanka has over sixteen years of enterprise technology experience across data, analytics and software, most of it in environments where being wrong was expensive. Risk and regulatory reporting at Barclays. A large retail group in the Middle East. Enterprise data at Allianz Partners. Then Healthcare Logic, which she joined while it was still a startup and left as Deputy Chief Technology Officer. There she led more than 30 engineers across Australia and Ireland, and owned the technology and AI delivery for SystemView, a system hospitals use to run their operations.
Why LexiLive
For most of my career I was the person called in when something had to work. Hospital systems, bank reporting, a retail group running to a schedule nobody could move. Then AI turned up in every meeting at once, and I watched the same thing happen again and again. A business would buy something clever, point it at the wrong part of their work, and quietly stop using it not long after.
That was the gap I kept seeing. Most of what I saw sold to smaller businesses as AI was pointed at the wrong task. A lot of it was really a form, a rule or a follow-up that nobody had ever written down. Some of it needs a person and always will. Knowing which is which is the actual work, and you cannot tell from a demo.
So since July 2026 this is all I do. LexiLive is the thing I would have wanted those businesses to be able to buy, and it is small on purpose. I take the work on myself, I will tell you when the answer is not AI, and I would rather be the person who talks you out of something than the person who sells it to you.
