Every figure on this site comes from here. Each entry says who published it, when, what population it actually describes, where to read it, and which pages use it.
If a figure on another page is not in this register, it is a mistake, and we would like to know. Email hello@lexilive.com.au.
The register
Link verification pass, 20 August 2026. Every row that had not been tested against its live source has now been tested: the Australian Retailers Association row (whose publisher this register previously named incorrectly as the Australian Retail Council), the National Retail Association row, and the ABS media release, which is the one ABS release cited by the industry files rather than by the fact check. All three hold. The Sydney Children's Hospitals Network row now carries a public URL and has lost the one claim that could not be confirmed.

| Research gaps. Some of the 12 industries have no adoption figure of their own, so they have no industry row here and run the national small-business figure instead. The wizard's per-unit time defaults also each need a row and none can be supplied: no Australian source publishes minutes per booking, per claim or per referral, and there is no independent Australian dataset on small-business inbound call volumes. Those defaults ship as the visitor's own input with a suggested starting number, never as a cited industry figure. | ||||

How a figure is updated or retired
When a publisher issues a newer release, the entry is updated and the old value stays beside it with the date it stopped being current. A figure we can no longer stand behind comes off the site the same day it is retired here, not left to age.
Two standing rules. A figure that measures a wider population than the page it sits on says so in the sentence, not in a note underneath. And a claim the research marks unverified does not appear on the site at all, hedged or otherwise.
